1.What service can your company provide?

1)We provide one-stop service from design to production(consumer electronics products)!

2)Whether you need only PCBA boards, or need finished consumer products, we can help you.

4)Such as :software design ,hardware design ,structure design ,3D printing  prototypes,CNC prototypes,injection molds,plastic parts ,products assembly..

2. Which products, modules or PCBA boards have you manufactured before?

Examples include Wireless charging lamp; motor controller, fan controller; LED protection board, wireless charger; multi function lamp

Also, disinfection cabinet, bluetooth speaker, power bank, wireless fan...etc.

3. What is your MOQ ?

For Samples the MOQ is 2 pcs

A design fee may be incurred design fee happen;

For Orders the MOQ is 1000 pcs

4. What is your delivery timeframe for samples and orders?

1)As all samples  are customized, we normally require 4-7 working days, depending on the actual product specifics

2)Order delivery time is normally 10-12 working days, depending on quantity and product requirements

3)If you have a special requirement note that we have a fast PCBA service, which means in some cases we can finish in just 1 working day. Welcome to contact us with your requirements!

5. How do I know that modules are made according to my requirements?

After we make the Agreement and Order we ask you to provide us with all your requirements, after which  we will make a circuit diagram and 3D drawing  to you confirm. Once confirmed we will arrange to make PCBA samples and production.

6. What do we need to provide if we ask you to help by providing customized PCBA boards & modules & consumer electronic products ？

If you have the Gerber file, simply share that plus the BOM to us. We will provide SMT and welding service and testing/investigation as required and then delivery.

If you do not have the Gerber file please inform us of the detailed requirements such as input voltage, current, output voltage, power,PCBA board size, function, how to use .... and we will help you with development and production of modules and consumer electronic products for you!

7. What are your normal working hours

From Monday to Friday: 09:00-18:00 local time in China

10. How do you to protect the rights of buyers?

1)We prefer payments by alibaba to protect buyers.

2)samples :Our standard payment terms are 50% before development, with the final 50% after confirming the drawing.

3)Orders :Our standard payment terms are 50% as deposit, with the final 50% after finish the order.
